Ormond Beach Rental

This house was bought to be both a rental and a vacation home for my clients family.  We based the design very much on their needs first and foremost, we converted a odd shaped tv lounge into a child's bedroom with bunk beds, making the home into a perfect 3 bed 2 bath beach getaway within easy walking distance of Ormond Beach.

Main Living Room - as the front door opens into this room it needed to provide everything for the rental market but also look appealing, comfy and cozy

Family Room needed to have plenty of seating, we included a quiet area as well for reading and swivel chairs that could be easily used for TV watching

With much of the home an off white we wanted to give the principal bedroom suite more definition with an accent wall that echoed the color palette
