Step 1 - Staging Consultation and Report - $250

This is an intensive 1.5 hours where we work through your entire home from curb to back yard discussing how best to achieve the maximum return on your investment

  • Interior paint suggestions to further update the feel of your home
  • Using buyer psychology, design principles and staging methodologies  create the optimal floor plan and furniture layout to enhance your home
  • Useful staging tips for closets, cupboards, pantries.
  • Staging advice for everyr room as well as how to get your home stage ready for buyers

Step 2  - Staging and Styling Services

Many people find the updates needed for their home daunting, we also offer Staging and Styling Services.  We come back after any contractor updates have been done and working from the report create the updated version of your home
